Co-founder of NMA. Built the team from 2 to 100 people spread across various verticals namely tax, regulatory, audit and accounts outsourcing and across 3 offices in India. Solely took the lead in spreading the practice horizontally to Bangalore and USA.
Technical Expertise ranges from providing advisory on tax and regulatory aspects of India and cross border transactions, legal advise with respect to valuation, structure and voting rights negotiation in Mergers and Acquisition deals, setting up business processes, reportings and management of finance and accounts for companies in diverse industries worldwide. Have a keen interest in organization development – an active corporate trainer, recruiter & coach.
Other Interests : My major interest is long distance running, playing music and travel – have run over 10 marathons across the country and travelled to more than 20 countries across 5 continents. My next target is to play an instrument proficiently in a music concert.
